  4. A statement that you consent to the applicable legal process regarding the original takedown notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, CCIEHOMER may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
