CCIEHOMER PRO offers flexible plans based on your certification preparation needs:
- 30 Days Access – Select up to 5 Premium Exams + 30 Days Support Period
- 90 Days Access – Select up to 10 Premium Exams + 90 Days Support Period
- 180 Days Access – Select up to 15 Premium Exams + 180 Days Support Period
- 1 Year Access – Select up to 25 Premium Exams + 1 Year Support Period

Q4. How will I receive my exam materials?
After purchasing CCIEHOMER PRO Access, select your required exams and our support team will provide your study materials.
Materials are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is required.

Support Period is the active duration of your CCIEHOMER PRO Access plan.
During your Support Period, you receive assistance and available updates for your selected exams.
Q6. How long will I receive updates?
Updates are available during your active Support Period.
For example, a 90 Days Access plan includes support and updates during the 90-day access period.
Q7. Can I change my selected exams later?
Once an exam has been delivered, it is counted towards your selected exam limit.
Remaining exam selections can be used anytime during your active access period.
Q8. Is there any fair usage policy for CCIEHOMER PRO?
Yes. To maintain service quality and prevent misuse, CCIEHOMER PRO follows a fair usage policy.
For 180 Days Access and 1 Year Access plans, customers can request up to 7 exam materials during the first week. Remaining exam selections can be requested anytime during the active access period whenever needed.
This helps us provide a stable service, continuous updates, and reliable support for all customers.
Q9. What happens if CCIEHOMER PRO plans are changed or discontinued?
Existing customers with an active CCIEHOMER PRO plan will continue receiving support until their access period ends.
Any remaining exam selections and eligible updates will continue to be available during the active Support Period.
